Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy something from Again Company at againcompany.com.
The objects
Everything we sell is second-hand and most of it is old. Each object is described and photographed as accurately as we can, including its faults. Measurements are approximate. If something matters to you, ask before buying and we’ll check.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor and include shipping and insurance. Payment is taken when you order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. Your card details are never shared with us.
When you press pay, the object is held for you for a few minutes while the payment is confirmed. Once it’s confirmed, the object is yours and is no longer for sale.
Shipping
We ship to most countries in the world, fully insured, usually within three working days. Delivery times depend on the destination.
If you’re outside the European Union, your country may charge import duty or tax on delivery. These are set by your customs authority and are paid by the buyer.
Some countries restrict the import of certain objects, such as edged weapons or items containing ivory or other regulated materials. If we can’t lawfully send something to you, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
All sales are final
Every object is unique and is described and photographed in detail, faults included, so please ask any questions before you buy. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damage in transit
Every shipment is insured. If an object arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the object and the packaging, and keep the packaging. We’ll handle the insurance claim and refund you in full.
These terms do not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
